| 在国家政策倡导下，随着科技期刊发展外部环境的改变和自身发展需要，科技期刊规模化、集团化发展已形成行业共识。但是目前还未找到有效解决期刊布局分散、体制机制不活、市场化程度低、传统固化思想束缚等问题的方法和途径，科技期刊集团化发展仍处于观望探索者多，功成名就者少的尴尬境地。因此，亟需探索出一条适合我国国情的科技期刊集团化发展路径，让我国科技期刊真正走上集团化、数字化、产业化、品牌化、国际化发展的健康可持续发展道路，打造精品科技期刊刊群，争创世界一流。本文总结了煤炭科学研究总院出版传媒集团探索出的集团化管理模式和管理经验、亟需解决的问题及下一步发展规划，以期为同行期刊集团化发展提供参考和借鉴。 |

| In the?recent?years, as?the?new?policies?of publications are?issued by government, the scientific journal’s environment of the external development is changing, and with the change of their own development needs, the large-scale and collectivized development trend of scientific journals has been a consensus within the whole industry. But there are still some problems, such as?lagged?system?and inflexible?mechanism, low degree of marketization, traditional solidified thoughts, etc. The collectivized development of scientific journals is still stagnating in the exploratory phase. Therefore, it’s necessary to?explore?the path?for collectivized development of scientific journals. It will provide references for the sustainable development of Chinese scientific journals in collectivization, digitization, industrialization, branding and internationalization, and built high-quality and world-class groups of scientific journals. This article summarized the collectivized management mode and experiences, major problems to be solved and development?plan?for?the next step, which discovered by China Coal Research Institute Publishing & Media Group. It will provide references for the collectivized development of same journals. |
