| 良好的伦理道德和诚信是科学研究的基石, 如何形成和维护学术界的伦理道德规范，这实际上是全世界学术共同体所面临的一个巨大的挑战, 学协会和学术期刊在这其中实际上起到了重要的作用。本文简要讨论了国际出版伦理道德委员会（COPE）在维护出版伦理与诚信所起的关键作用和主要资源，Taylor & Francis所作的努力与具体实践，以及主编的责任、论文署名、CRediT分类标准等关键问题，希望能为业内同仁提供他山之石，促进思考和讨论，共同努力提高学术研究与出版诚信水平。 |

| High standard of ethics and integrity is the cornerstone of scientific research, it is challenging to form and maintain consistent ethical practices with highest standard. Aiming to provide references and encourage discussion among the community, this article introduces the important contributions and resources of Committee on Publication Ethics, the editorial policy and best practices from Taylor & Francis group, as well as the Editor’s responsibilities, Authorship and CRediT. |
