| 近年来，多起与我国相关的科研诚信与出版伦理案例被曝光，严重影响了我国科研与科技期刊在世界上的形象，学术生态建设成为各方共同关注的焦点。本文主要讨论科技期刊在出版工作中，应加强对编辑队伍的价值体系建设，恪守出版伦理道德与规范，积极主动地履行传播科技的责任与使命，并对科研诚信与出版伦理相关问题能高度敏感、实施多层次、多角度的有效防范、监督与排查，同时积极建言献策，在学术生态建设中发挥积极作用。 |

| Recent years, there are more and more cases of academic integrity and publishing ethic that are related to China. These bring negative effects to scientific researcher and scientific journals from China. Academic ecological environment construction has become a focus for all aspects. Scientific journals should strengthen the value system of editorial team, abide by the publishing ethics and rules, realize the responsibility of spreading science and technology, be highly sensitive to the potential problems related to scientific integrity and publishing ethics, and implement effective prevention and supervision from multiple levels and angles. At the same time, Scientific editors should actively make suggestions and play positive roles in the construction of academic ecology. |
