| 近年,国家一系列促进科技期刊发展政策和措施的出台,为中国科技期刊快速发展提供了历史性的机遇,但同时也要。面对专业人才缺乏、技术相对滞后、政策衔接不够等因素所带来的挑战。面对机遇与挑战,中华医学会杂志社提出了以学术质量为基础、平台建设为抓手、数字化建设为重点,集约化发展为方向的发展策略。通过几年的探索与实践,基本实现期刊管理数字化、内容采编数字化、生产数字化、内容数据化、期刊传播数字化。 |

| In recent years, a series of national policies and measures have carried out, which provided historical opportunities for the rapid development of Chinese sci-tech journals. At the same time, there are severe challenges brought up by the lack of professionals, the relative lag of technology, and the lack of policy cohesion along with other factors. Facing both opportunities and challenges, Chinese Medical Association Publishing House has put forward a major development strategy, which emphasized on academic quality, platform and digitalization construction, and intensive development. By years of exploration and practice, the digitization of journal management, content collection and editing, production, content data and journal dissemination have been basically achieved. |
