      特色栏目是期刊中最富有生命力、感染力的单元。扬州大学专业期刊《美食研究》的《饮食文化》栏目坚持办栏30多年,形成自己稳定风格和特色。总结探讨特色栏目创办背景、办栏实践和建设成效,探讨其充分利用个刊的内容优势,反哺专业建设、服务地方、弘扬中华优秀传统文化,进而在中外交流过程中以“食“为”媒“,帮助塑造积极正面国家形象的积极作用。希冀为其他依托民族、传统文化内容资源打造特色栏目的中文期刊提供参考,也为我国期刊内容的特色化传播与期刊国际传播能力提升提供一种思路。
英文摘要:
      “Dietetic Culture Column” of Journary of Researches on Dietetic Science and Culture, a professional journal of Yangzhou University, has been running for more than 30 years and has formed its own stable style and characteristics. This paper discusses the positive role of making full use of the content advantage of individual journals, nurturing professional construction, serving local areas, carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and then using "food" as the media to help shape a positive national image in the process of Sino foreign exchanges. It is hoped to provide reference for other Chinese journals relying on national and traditional cultural content resources to create characteristic columns, and also provide a way of thinking for the characteristic dissemination of Chinese journal content and the promotion of international communication ability of periodicals.
