| 我国科技论文被国外期刊撤稿事件频发,而国内期刊却呈“岁月静好”。急需关注我国中文期刊撤稿情况,发现撤稿存在的问题,避免大型恶性撤稿事件的发生。本文对知网、万方数据库中检索到的撤稿声明进行逐条字段标记,以撤稿原因为主轴,对撤稿时序、撤稿驱动主体、撤稿期刊类别等进行交叉统计分析,并对万方、知网数据库的撤稿声明收录和原文处理情况进行了比较研究,发现了国内期刊撤稿中学术不端撤稿占比最大,隐性集中爆发风险大,作者驱动撤稿最多,数据库撤稿处理不规范等表现特征,在此基础上本文为期刊、数据库建设提出建议：国内期刊的撤稿声明务必要明确撤稿原因期刊应对作者自行撤稿行为高度关注加强监管,期刊需规范撤稿调查处理流程做到科学有据,国内数据库要加强撤稿的规范化建设避免撤稿论文误引误用等针对性的对策建议。 |

| Retraction incidents occur frequently. There is an urgent need to pay attention to the retraction of Chinese journals, and avoid the occurrence of large-scale vicious retraction incidents. Taking revocation reasons as the main axis, this paper makes a cross statistical analysis on the revocation time, revocation driving subjects and retraction journal categories. Meanwhile, the retractions revocation statements and original papers searched from CNKI database and “WANFANG DATA” database were compared. We found some performance characteristics of domestic retractions, such as the largest number of academic retractions, the hidden concentration of the outbreak risk, the retractions of the authors, and the irregular handling of retractions, etc. On this basis, this article proposes for the construction of domestic journals and academic databases: Be sure to clarify the reason for the retraction, journals should pay close attention to authors’ self-retraction behavior and strengthen supervision, journals need to standardize the process of investigation and processing of retracted manuscripts to be scientifically and well-founded, domestic databases should strengthen the standardized construction of retracted manuscripts to aviod misquote and misuse of retracted papers and other targeted countermeasures. |
