| 唯论文、SCI导向严重阻碍中文期刊的发展路程。科技期刊应服务于科技创新，服务于中国经济建设与社会发展需求。编辑在新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设中肩负着推动科技期刊出版强国建设的时代使命和历史责任。文章就如何办好中文刊，从编辑文化自信视角，分析编辑文化自信的内涵，编辑文化自信缺失的表现，然后从出版导向、中国特色的科研评价体系、融合发展提高服务能力、重视编辑人才培养等方面进行了思考，以期通过培塑和增强编辑文化自信来推动科技期刊高质量发展。 |

| Orientation based alone on papers and SCI seriously hinder the development of Chinese journals.Sci-tech periodicals should not only serve scientific and technological innovation,but also serve the needs of China’ economic and social development.In the construction of the culture on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,editors shoulder the epochal mission and historical responsibility of promoting the construction of a powerful country in the publication of sci-tech periodicals.From the perspective of editor’s cultural confidence, this paper analyzes the connotation of editor’s cultural confidence and the performance of the lack of editor’s cultural confidence,so as to figure out how to run Chinese periodicals well.Afterwards,in order to promote the high-quality development of sci-tech periodicals through cultivating and enhancing editor’s cultural confidence,this paper makes some thinking from the perspective of publishing orientation,scientific research evaluation system with Chinese characteristics, improving service ability by integrative development,attaching importance to the cultivation of talented editors and so on. |
