| 近年来,我国优秀稿源外流严重,中文科技期刊间稿源的竞争越来越激烈,优秀稿源的竞争归根到底是优秀作者群的竞争。离开了作者提供的稿件,期刊就成了无源之水无本之木。想留住优秀的作者就要常怀感恩之心,全方位为作者服务,优化出版服务能力,提高作者体验感。为此提出从以下途径提高作者体验感：优化投稿流程、提升投稿渠道、提高采编系统的稳定性与兼容性、加强移动终端采编平台建设、提高时效性,缩短发表周期、优化审稿流程、改善与作者沟通方式、增强编辑的服务意识、提高编辑业务能力、满足作者合理需求、与作者建立互相信任的关系、优化发行方式、重视作者反馈、对优秀稿件及作者的鼓励政策。 |

| In recent years, there is a serious outflow of excellent manuscript sources in China, and the competition of manuscript sources among Chinese scientific and technological journals is becoming more and more fierce. The competition of excellent manuscript sources is ultimately the competition of excellent authors. Without manuscripts provided by authors, journals are like a tree without a source. If we want to retain excellent authors, we should always cherish the heart of gratitude, provide all-round services for authors, optimize the ability of publishing services, and improve the experience of authors.Therefore, this paper proposes the following ways to improve the author"s experience sense: Optimize the submission process, enhance submission channels, improve the stability and compatibility of the collection and editing system, strengthen the construction of the mobile terminal collection and editing platform, and improve the timeliness. Shorten the publishing time, optimizing the peer review process, the way to improve communication with the authors, and improving sense of service, enhanced editing editing ability, meet the demand of the author is reasonable, and the author to establish mutual trust relationship, optimizing the distribution, attaches great importance to the author"s feedback, the incentives for good articles and the authors. |
