| 中国科技期刊“造船出海”问题引起期刊界与国家高度关注。本文分析了“借船出海”的弊端，认为中国科技期刊“造船出海”要解决三个关键问题：打造中国自主的国际化出版与传播平台、加快打造中国的国际化科技期刊和建立中国科技期刊国际影响力评价机制并纳入科研评价体系。只有切实解决好这三个关键问题，才能从根本上扭转中国科技期刊国际化面临的不利局面。 |

| The Chinese science and technology periodical "Shipbuilding and Going to Sea" has attracted great attention from periodical circles and the country. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of "Going to Sea by Other’s Boat", and holds that there are three key problems to be solved in the " Shipbuilding and Going to Sea" of Chinese sci-tech periodicals: building an independent international publishing and communication platform of China, accelerating the building of international sci-tech periodicals, and establishing an evaluation mechanism for the international influence of Chinese sci-tech periodicals and bringing it into the scientific research evaluation system. Only by solving these three key problems can we fundamentally change the unfavorable situation faced by Chinese sci-tech periodicals in the process of internationalization. |
