      基于可扩展标记语言(eXtensible Markup Language, XML)结构化数据的全流程出版模式,可以实现期刊数据的有效存储、有机关联和多元化传播,得到了期刊出版界的广泛关注。XML结构化融合出版平台能否切实减轻编辑工作负担,提高稿件生产效率,是XML数据生产模式能否得到快速推广的重要因素之一。本文以数据出版流程为主线,从编辑加工、清样校改、版面精修等方面介绍了《物理学报》在采用XML数据出版流程方面提高生产效率的举措,以期为期刊同仁提供有益参考。

      The publication mode based on the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) structured data can realize the effective storage, organic correlation and diversified dissemination of journal data, which has gained extensive concern in journal publishers. One of the important factors for the rapid promotion of XML data production mode is whether it can effectively reduce the workload of editors and improve the production efficiency. We introduces the measures taking by Acta Physica Sinica based on the XML publishing platform from the aspect of editing, proof checking and copyfitting, etc., which helps to improve the production efficiency. We hope to provide useful reference for the journal colleagues.
