| 科技期刊出版流程智能化已是大势所趋,科技期刊要把握机遇与挑战。以区块链、人工智能、大数据等技术运用为背景,结合科技期刊智能出版审校平台智能化、产品形态多元化和传播推送精准化的发展前景,分析科技期刊智能出版面临的现实困境,包括迫切需求与技术资源匮乏的冲突,创作传播与版权风险的冲突,以及精准推送与算法歧视的冲突。未来科技期刊智能出版需要将公平、安全、高效、精准等价值嵌入科技期刊智能化出版过程,从提升编辑素养、保护知识产权、参与算法优化等方面协同推进,从而为科技期刊的高质量发展赋予新动能。 |

| Smartening process has become an obvious prevalence in the field of scientific periodical publications, and also an opportunity with latent challenges for scientific journals. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the prospect, challenges and developing strategies of smartened publication of scientific journals. Facilitated by the extensive application of the relevant technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and big data, the continuous change of scientific periodical publication, nowadays and in the near future, will almost certainly encompass the intelligentization of reviewing and proof-reading systems, the diversification of knowledge products, and the refinement of appropriate propagation techniques. Moreover, the major challenges and handicaps include the shortage of technological resource compared to the urgent needs, the extra copyright risk owing to faster content composition and diffusion, and the conflict between appropriate propagation and algorithm discrimination. The further promotion of publication smartening in the future highly depends on the synergistic advancement of editor ability improvement, intellectual property protection, and algorithm optimization, which requires the scientific periodicals to embed the values of fairness, safety, efficiency and accuracy into the process of smartened publication. |
