| 高校学报的综合性历来受到诟病。为化解这一短板,《西安交通大学学报(医学版)》在“小综合、大专科”办刊理念的指导下,走上了专题化、专刊化的发展之路；“三级约稿制”的实施为期刊的发展提供了强有力的稿源支持。期刊的主要学术指标稳步攀升。本文就综合性学报专题化、专刊化发展的必要性及“三级约稿制”的具体方法做一较为系统的介绍。 |

| For years, journals of colleges and universities in China lacked comprehensiveness. To overcome this shortcoming, Journal of Xi’an Jiaotong University (Medical Sciences) has been on the path to putting greater emphasis on developing special topics and special issues under the guidance of the journal-running philosophy of “small comprehensiveness and major specialties”. Implementation of the “three-level solicited contribution system” provides a strong support with constant paper submissions for the development of our journal. As a result, steady improvement has been made in the major academic indexes of the journal. This article systematically introduces the necessity of making comprehensive journals’ focus on special topic and special issue development as well as specific measures taken in the “three-level solicited contribution system”. |
