| 从编辑视角看中医药学术期刊的选题策划对中医药学科的发展促进作用，进而影响中医药学术话语能力的提升。中医药学术期刊的选题策划宜从两个角度入手:一为确证角度，是一种以科学语言为基础的通识性表述，是突破中医药与其它学科进行学术沟通瓶颈的手段；二为辨证角度，是中医药增强学术自信的灵魂，是构建中医话语体系出发点和落脚点。二者不可偏废。 |

| From the perspective of Editors the promotion of topic selection planning of academic journals of traditional Chinese medicine to the discipline of traditional Chinese Medicine. Affect the improvement of academic discourse ability of traditional Chinese medicine. The topic selection planning of academic journals of traditional Chinese medicine should regard both confirmation and syndrome differentiation. Confirmation is a general expression based on scientific language. It is also a means to break through the bottleneck of academic communication between traditional Chinese medicine and other disciplines. Syndrome differentiation is the soul of Chinese medicine to enhance academic confidence，It is the starting point and foothold of constructing the discourse system of traditional Chinese Medicine. Neither should be overemphasized at the expense of the other. |
