| 作者群培养作为期刊编辑的必要工作，对期刊发展至关重要。为了更加高效地培养优秀的、可持续发展的作者群体，《林业科学研究》编辑部总结多年的工作经验并结合前人的成果，提出了以“科研团队”为核心培养优秀作者群的策略。该策略以“科研团队”尽量代替原始的“个人作者”为培养对象，首先，通过稿件分类完成初始作者资源积累，发掘足以成为“核心”的优秀科研团队并精准定位团队内的关键作者；其次，通过提高服务意识、灵活应对不同类型作者、维持良好关系、提升期刊公共形象的方式，培养并稳定现有优秀作者群；最后，通过培养与观察并行，发掘有望成为新团队核心人物的优秀个人作者，从而不断充实作者群中的“优秀科研团队”。 |

| As a necessary work for journal editors, cultivation of authors is very important for journal development. In order to cultivate high-quality and sustainable authors more efficiently, Editorial Office of Forestry Research summarized work experiences across many years and combined with previous suggestions, and put forward the strategy of cultivating high-quality authors with "scientific research team" as the core. This strategy takes "scientific research team" as the object of cultivating as far as possible instead of "individual author". Firstly, the accumulation of initial author resources was completed through the classification of manuscripts, and the scientific research team which is high-quality enough to become the "core" was discovered and the key authors within the team were accurately located. Then take the way of improving service awareness, responding to different types of authors flexibly, maintaining good relationships, and improving the public image of journals, the existing high-quality authors are cultivated and stabilized. Finally, adopt the method of cultivating and observing in parallel, the high-quality individual authors who are expected to become the core figures of the new team are discovered, so as to continuously enrich the "high-quality scientific research team" in the author group. |
