| 医学期刊不仅要服务于医学和医疗卫生工作科研，还要为医学和医疗卫生工作科研发展提供学术引领。文章结合办刊实践就医学期刊如何通过编辑出版服务提升学术引领问题进行了探讨。提出医学期刊要通过精准定位、合理栏目设置和创新选题策划及优先做好读者服务等，明确服务功能及其范围和方向，发挥学术引领作用；通过建立服务管理体系，优化服务机制，激发服务活力，保证服务质量；通过提升编辑的服务素养和能力，不断提升医学科研服务和创新引领能力。 |

| Medical journals should not only serve the research of medicine and medical health, but also provide academic guidance for the development of medical and medical health research. This paper probe into improvement the academic guidance capacity of medical journals through editing and publishing services. Based on the analysis of the practical work of editing and publishing of medical journals, some methods that medical journals should provide accurate positioning, reasonable column devising, innovative strategy of topic selection and priority reader service are proposed. It is important to be clear about the function, scope and direction of service, and medical journals should play the role of academics guidance. And through the establishment of service management system for medical journals, optimize the service mechanism, clear service responsibility, stimulate service vitality. By improving the service quality and capacity of medical journal editors, the ability of service for medical scientific research and innovation leadership will be continuously improved. |
