      人才培养是高校学科建设的中心和基础性工作,高校学术期刊参与构建全方位人才培养体系是服务主办高校学科建设、助推高等教育事业发展的应有作为。依靠国家利好的期刊政策和高校良好的学科支撑,高校学术期刊具备了高质量服务学校人才培养体系的客观条件。文章从学术报告分享、学术素养训练、课程实践锻炼等培养模式出发,对办刊实践和编辑技能中有助于才培养的相关工作及实施策略进行了初步探索,展示了期刊在主办高校人才培养工作中担当的角色和作用。文章还论述了人才培养工作对期刊发展的有益作用,指出学生在得到科研能力锻炼的同时为期刊各项工作增添了新的活力,他们的成长也为期刊发展创造了良好机遇。
英文摘要:
      Talent training represents the core and fundamental work of discipline construction in colleges and universities and is also a vital platform to display academic achievements and promote exchanges. It is the mission and responsibility of university STM journals to actively adapt to the national requirements and boost the development of higher education to participate in the construction of an all-around talent training system. University academic journals meet the objective conditions for serving the talent training system in high quality on the strength of the favorable policy and subject support. Based on the specific measures of guidance team, academic reports, curriculum setting, and working experience, this paper integrates various elements that can improve students" comprehensive academic ability in journals, preliminarily explores the contents of talent training related to journals, such as expansion of academic perspective, writing skills cultivation, academic social exercise, and explains the specific role of journals in the talent training of host universities. Besides, it discusses the promoting effect of talent training on the development of journals, pointing out that students have added new vitality and created great opportunities for journals while training their scientific research ability.
