| 预印本是开放科学环境下学术交流的重要方式。本文分析了预印本发展对学术出版体系的积极作用，归纳了现行的科技期刊预印本政策，以及设立预印本编辑、将论文同行评审与预印本开放评论相结合等创新实践；探讨了预印本与科技期刊的融合出版流程，以及预印本平台与单刊建立合作关系、科技期刊出版商开辟预印本专区等融合发展模式。在上述基础上，提出推进我国预印本与科技期刊融合发展的建议，包括加快预印本相关政策制定、建立预印本与科技期刊平台的互通互联机制、推进同行评审与开放评论相结合的论文审查模式应用等，以期促进新型学术出版体系的构建。 |

| Preprint is an important way of academic communication in an open scientific environment. This paper analyzes the positive effect of the development of preprint on academic publishing system, summarizes the current policy of preprint on sci-tech journals, and some innovative practices such as setting up preprint editing and combining peer review with open review of preprint. It also discusses the integrated process of preprint and sci-tech journals, such as the cooperative relationship between preprint platform and single journal, and the special area of preprint for sci-tech journal publishers. On the basis of the above, some suggestions are put forward to promote the integrated development of Chinese preprint and sci-tech journals. These include accelerating the formulation of policies related to preprint, establishing an interconnection mechanism between preprint and sci-tech journal platforms, and promoting the application of paper review mode combining peer review and open review, etc.,in order to promote the construction of a new academic publishing system. |
