| 针对《陆军军医大学学报》近期发现的4起同一稿件不同单位不同作者多次投稿行为(一稿多卖)进行分析,并追踪本刊2017年10-12月来稿中代投论文退稿后的发表情况。结果显示,截至2022年8月,93篇代投论文退稿后在CNKI数据库中能检索到的有41篇正式发表,其中有6篇发表论文署名作者及单位与本刊来稿署名不同,提示存在“一稿多卖”。医学期刊编辑应重视对此类稿件的甄别和审查,注意辨别稿件的真实性；建立医学期刊学术诚信平台,鼓励论文数据共享；加强对作者的教育和警示；建议国家制定对第三方中介的惩处政策,严格防范第三方买卖论文的学术失信行为。 |

| To analyze 4 cases of multiple submission of the same manuscript by different authors from different units(multiple sells with one manuscript) recently found in Journal of Army Medical University, and track the publication of agent submitted papers after they were rejected in our journal from October to December 2017. The results showed that, up to August 2022, 41 of the 93 proxy papers have been officially published in the CNKI database, among which 6 published papers have different authors and units with the signature of the manuscript, suggesting that there are more than one manuscript sold. Editors of medical journals should pay attention to the identification of such articles, pay attention to the authenticity of the articles;establishing academic integrity platform of medical journals and encouraging the sharing of paper data;and strengthen the education and warning to the authors. It is suggested that the state should formulate punitive policies for the third party intermediaries and strictly prevent the academic dishonesty of the third party in buying and selling papers. |
