| 编辑的初审意见是稿件修改、评审、录用的前提，奠定了作者稿件修改的水平，对科技期刊编校质量提升具有重要的影响。本文结合工作中的心得、经验、失误，总结在期刊发展阶段的编辑应该具备的素养，并结合实际工作中给出的编辑初审意见，给出科技期刊编辑在创新性、工作效率、学术不端、角色转换方面能够提升的建议。本文提出的工作方式能够提高编辑的业务能力，提高工作效率，对期刊影响力提升起到促进作用,给编辑同仁提供一些工作参考。 |

| The primary review opinion contents of editor is the precondition of article modification, accreditation and acceptance, which can set the modification level of article, and has important influence on editing and proofreading quality of technical journal. Combining the feeling, experience and mistakes in the practical work, the competence equipped with editor in the development stage of technique journal is summarized in this paper. On the basis of primary review opinion contents given by editor in practical work, the improvement suggestions of technical journal editor are provided, including innovation, working efficiency, academic misconduct and role transformation. The working mode proposed in this paper can improve the professional qualification and working efficiency of editor, plays the facilitation for influence improvement of journal, and provides some working reference for editor colleatues. |
