| 为学术期刊编辑合理应用论文查重结果开展稿件审理，阐述了查重系统的技术原理和特点，分析了其技术局限及应用局限，在此基础上提出了应用查重结果的基本原则、应用思路、审查内容和一般流程。编辑利用查重结果进行稿件审理，应遵从科研规律，尊重作者，以查重结果为线索，通过查重结果正确性核实、文字重复形式判别、写作方式判别和学术行为判别对重复内容进行审查，考察重复内容对论文质量的影响以及作者的相关学术行为，并按照特定流程对稿件作出处置。 |

| For rational application of the results of paper duplicate checking to carry out manuscript review by academic journal editors, this paper elaborates the technical principle and characteristics of the paper duplicate checking system, analyzes it’s technical limitations and application limitations, and puts forward the basic principles, ideas, review content and general process of application of the results of paper duplicate checking. When reviewing the manuscript based on the duplicate checking results, it is necessary to follow the rules of scientific research, respect the author, take the information suggested by the duplicate checking results as the clues, review the repeated content through the correctness verification of the duplicate checking results, discrimination of the form of text repetition, writing style and academic behavior, investigate the impact of the repeated content on the quality of the paper and the author's relevant academic behavior, and then disposal the manuscript in accordance with specific process. |
