| 刊群运营团队面对的信息与任务的体量巨大、细节繁杂。本文就刊群运营团队协同工作面临的问题，访谈了6个不同规模的期刊集群，发现普遍存在工作流程规范化程度低，过程监督弱；工作经验和文件保存不完整，数据孤岛现象严重；工作进展同步迟滞，信息沟通成本高的问题。而协同软件对帮助团队工作协同，提高任务处理速度，优化管理体系有着重要的作用。为深入提高刊群运营管理效率，本文设计了基于Worktile和坚果云的期刊团队协同平台，可实现信息、人员、任务、沟通和文件的统一管理。并以南京农业大学英文期刊编辑部的实施效果为例，发现引入期刊团队协同平台，可帮助刊群建立标准工作程序，沉淀知识经验，保证团队协作井然有序；建立信息存储标准，打破数据孤岛，实现信息资源高效管理；以及建立自动统计大屏，实时监测进度，推动期刊工作合理分配。可为提升刊群运营质量，加速期刊集群化发展速度提供新的思路和具体操作方式参考。 |

| The numerous information and tasks whirled through the brains of editorial staff working for the journal cluster. Six journal clusters of different sizes were interviewed in this paper. Problems and difficulties in team collaboration of these journal clusters were analyzed. It was found that a standard operating procedure and process supervision was usually absent. As a result, work experience and documents were not wholly saved, and the solated data islands was widespread. The work progress was comparatively slow, and the cost in information communication was considerably high. Collaboration software is of significance in promoting team collaboration, advancing the task processing, and optimizing the management and operation system. A team collaborative work platform based on Worktile and Nutstore was introduced to realize the unified management of information, employees, tasks, communication, and documents. Taking the English Journal Editorial Department of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example, it was found that the collaborative platform can help journal establish standard operating procedures, accumulate knowledge and experience, and ensure orderly team collaboration; Establish information storage standards, break the data island, and realize efficient management of information resources; Realize automatic statistics and real-time monitoring of progress, promote the reasonable distribution of journal work. It can provide new ideas and specific operation references for improving the operation quality and accelerating the development speed of journal clusters. |
