| 国际学术话语权是文化自信与科技传播中的重要话题。本文分析了中国学术话语权的现状，认为中文作为国际科技通用语言已经具备充分条件，中文科技期刊有必要也有能力成长为中国在国际学术话语权争取过程中的重要力量。探讨了中文科技期刊增强国际话语权的几个路径：探索中文优先发表或是双语发表，创建多语种出版平台，充分利用网络空间做好融媒体传播，中英文科技期刊相呼应提升中国的国际学术话语权。 |

| The discourse power in the international science comminity is an important topic in regard of cultural confidence and sci-tech exchange. In this paper, the source of the absence and powerlessness of Chinese academic influence was analysed. Chinese has a macro foundation to be an international common language for science and technology. Chinese sci-tech periodicals are necessary and capable of assuming the main force in the process of China's striving for international academic discourse. Several paths were discussed for Chinese sci-tech periodicals to enhance their international discourse power: exploring the Chinese preferred or bilingual in publishing, creation of multilingual publishing platform, make full use of cyberspace to do well in media communication,and Chinese and English sci-tech periodicals respond to enhance China's international academic discourse. |
