| 结合笔者所在编辑团队自身写作经验，提出了科技期刊青年编辑初次撰写编辑学论文的3个主要步骤：阅读文献、注重积累；抓住灵感、及时成文；打磨初稿、反复推敲。由此，科技期刊青年编辑通过实现编辑学论文写作零的突破，积极开展编辑学研究，逐步助力个人职业发展，为建设期刊强国添砖加瓦。 |

| Based on the writing experiences of the editors’ team, three steps of writing editorial papers for young editors are proposed as fol-lows: i) read literatures and pay attention to the accumulation; ii) seize the inspirations and write in time; iii) polish the paper and deliberate it repeatedly. Therefore, after the breakthrough of zero editorial paper writing, young editors will actively carry out edit-ing research, gradually promote personal career development, and contribute to the construction of a strong journal country. |
