| 科研环境日渐开放，新兴技术挑战传统。新技术和新方法能否进一步优化科技期刊的传播模式，创造出更加开放、更加可信的学术交流场域，已成为我们今天共同关注的焦点问题之一。最近几个月，ChatGPT横空出世，引发众多业内人士的关注、思考、和利弊权衡。5月13日在北京召开的“第二届中华科学出版大会”辩论赛中，由知名专家、学者、编辑组成的正、反方辩论队就“借助ChatGPT撰写的论文是否可以在学术期刊发表”展开辩论。通过辩论赛，激发大家对于人工智能在科技出版领域应用的思考和探索，为我国科技出版事业的发展提供有益的启示和借鉴。 |

| The research environment is increasingly open, and emerging technologies are challenging tradition. Whether new technologies and new methods can further optimize the communication mode of sci-tech journals and create a more open and credible academic exchange field has become one of the focus issues that we pay common attention to today. In recent months, ChatGPT has burst onto the scene, prompting a lot of attention, thinking, and trade-offs in the industry. In the debate competition of the Second China Scientific Publishing Conference held in Beijing on May 13, the pro and opposition debate teams, composed of well-known experts, scholars and editors, debated whether a paper assisted written with the help of ChatGPT can be published in academic journals. Through the debate competition, it inspires the reflection and exploration on the application of artificial intelligence in science and technology publishing field, and provides useful enlightenment and reference for the development of Chinese science and technology publishing. |
