| 通过对《河海大学学报(自然科学版)》115位推荐审稿人审稿结果的分析发现,选用作者推荐审稿人可以缩短审稿周期,但其容易给出过誉的审稿结论,造成稿件录用率虚高,延长稿件出版周期。为充分发挥推荐审稿人的作用,结合编辑部实际工作给出如下建议：通过制定详细的推荐标准,引导作者正确、合理地推荐审稿人；利用大数据、互联网等手段,合理选用推荐审稿人；通过将推荐审稿人列为约稿对象、精准推送相关论文等方式,最大化发挥推荐审稿人作用；建立健全的评价体系,提高审稿质量。 |

| Based on analysis of the review results of 115 recommended reviewers in Journal of Hohai University (Natural Sciences), it is found that the selection of author recommended reviewers can shorten the review cycle, but it is easy to give an overrated review conclusion, resulting in an artificially high admission rate and a prolonged publication cycle. In order to give full play to the role of recommended reviewers, the following suggestions are given based on the actual work of the editorial department: Guide authors to recommend reviewers correctly and reasonably by formulating detailed recommendation standards; Make use of big data, Internet and other means to reasonably select recommended reviewers; To maximize the role of the recommended reviewers by listing them as the subject of submission and accurately pushing relevant papers; Establish a sound evaluation system and improve the quality of review. |
