| 科技期刊的著作权保护近年来逐渐引起业界重视。科技期刊作为汇编作品,其生产和传播过程涉及多重权利主体和客体,容易发生界限不清和侵权问题。期刊编辑和作者对其认知普遍比较模糊,不利于科技期刊及其单篇作品的著作权保护。本文从价值共创视角探讨科技期刊培育作者著作权保护意识的有利条件和培育方式,指出价值共创导向有助于期刊著作权保护和协同创新,最终实现保护知识产权、保护科技创新的目标。 |

| Copyright protection of scientific journals has gradually attracted the attentions from academic communities in resent years. As compilation works, the production and dissemination of scientific journals involve multiple subjects and objects matter of right, easily inducing obscure boundaries and right infringement. Meanwhile, both journal editors and authors have vague understanding of copyright, which is bad for copyright protection of scientific journals and their papers. This paper discussed the cultivation of copyright protection cognition for authors of scientific journals based on value co-creation perspective, including its advantages and approaching ways. The author pointed out that value co-creation guide is helpful to copyright protection of scientific journals and collaborative innovation, which ultimately can protect copyright and scientific innovation. |
