| 探讨分级诊疗背景下医学期刊服务基层医生的社会效益。文章基于《中华消化杂志》基层医生训练营案例实践,指出期刊应履行社会职责,为基层医生自我提升和职业规划搭建平台,重点围绕临床科研和临床诊疗两方面设计培训课程,服务国家健康中国战略要求。实践表明从基层医务人员、期刊和编辑角度出发,期刊通过举办基层医生培训类活动可在导向性、结合度、传播度三个层面实现社会价值增益。 |

| Exploring the social benefits of medical journals on serving grassroots doctors in the context of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. The article is based on the case study of the Grass-Roots Doctor Training Camp in the Chinese Journal of Digestion, pointing out that the journal should fulfills its social responsibilities, builds a platform for the self-improvement and career planning of grass-roots doctors, and focuses on designing training courses around clinical research and clinical diagnosis and treatment to serve the strategic requirements of national health in China. Practice has shown that from the perspectives of grass-roots medical personnel, journals, and editors, journals can achieve social value gains at guidance, integration, and dissemination levels through organizing training activities for grass-roots doctors. |
