      为充分调动编委会活力,《地球科学》编辑部运用松散耦合组织理论指导,以提升编委“身份认同感”“参与感”“成就感”“荣誉感”为目的开展一系列探索性的具体工作。结果显示,持续的编委身份提醒、明确的期刊目标、细化的期刊工作任务、持续的正向反馈和科学的晋升激励制度有利于激发编委的工作积极性。《地球科学》编辑部理论创新确实指导了《地球科学》两刊的实践活动并推动了编委会建设,促进两刊近年来的高质量发展。《地球科学》编辑部办刊实践表明推动科技期刊进一步提升,培育世界一流科技期刊也需要坚持创新理论引领实践的道路。
英文摘要:
      In order to fully mobilize the vitality of the editorial board, the editorial office of Earth Science has applied the theory of loose coupling organization to guide a series of exploratory and specific work aimed at enhancing the editorial board’s sense of identity, participation, achievement, and honor. It has been proven that continuous reminders of editorial board members’ identity, clear journal goals, detailed journal work tasks, continuous positive feedback, and scientific promotion incentive policies are conducive to stimulating the work enthusiasm of editorial board members. The theoretical innovation of the editorial department of Earth Science has indeed guided the practical activities of the two journals and promoted the construction of the editorial board, promoting the high-quality development of the two journals. We should adhere to the path of theoretical innovation leading practice to cultivate world-class sci-tech journals.
