| 在一流科技期刊建设的大背景下，审稿流程优化是提升科技期刊学术质量和影响力的关键环节，如何规避当前科技期刊审稿周期长、审稿专家参与意愿较低、审稿质量参差不齐等现实问题，是期刊界重点关注的话题。针对这些问题，文章以广东省高水平科技期刊建设资助期刊《热带地理》为例，以其近年审稿流程优化实践为范例，分析总结其成效，结果发现：组建青年科学家初审团队协助执行初审→规范严格的同行评审规则约束下的小同行执行外审→学科细分下的多主编协同执行终审的审稿流程是加快出版时效、保障评审质量的有效举措，开放同行评审报告能有效拉动同行评审专家的积极审稿态度，更好地保证审稿质量。该策略可为科技期刊的高质量发展提供积极参考。 |

| In the context of first-class sci-tech journal development, optimizing the review process is a key step to enhance the academic quality and influence of scientific journals. How to avoid the current problems such as long review cycles, low willingness of review experts to participate, and uneven review quality in scientific journals is a topic that the journal community pays close attention to. In response to these problems, this study takes Tropical Geography, a journal funded by the Guangdong High-Level Scientific Journal Construction Project, as an example. By analyzing its review process optimization practices over the past two years, the study summarizes its effectiveness. The results show that the following measures are effective in accelerating publication timelines and ensuring review quality: forming a preliminary review team of young scientists to assist with initial reviews, implementing strict peer review rules for external reviews by specialized experts, and conducting final reviews through multiple editors-in-chief based on disciplinary subdivisions. Additionally, open peer review reports can effectively enhance the active participation of reviewers and better ensure review quality. This strategy provides a valuable reference for the high-quality. |
