      当前高校科研诚信建设面临教育覆盖不全、形式化严重及技术支撑不足等问题。高校学术期刊作为科研传播的核心载体,具有守门人、规则执行者与教育者等多重角色优势,是科研诚信建设的关键力量,与高校科研诚信教育存在天然耦合性。该文通过分析当前高校科研诚信建设的困境与高校学术期刊的功能,提出“教育嵌入—平台共建—技术赋能—制度协同”四位一体的融合路径,包括全流程嵌入诚信教育、共建育人平台、创新教育形式、强化制度保障等措施,旨在构建以刊促教、以教助刊的长效机制,推动科研诚信从外在约束转化为内在自觉,为高校科研诚信建设提供理论支持与实践参考。
英文摘要:
      The current construction of scientific research integrity in universities is facing problems such as incomplete educational coverage, serious formalization, and insufficient technical support. As the core carrier of scientific research dissemination, academic journals in universities have multiple role advantages such as gatekeepers, rule executors, and educators. They are a key force in the construction of scientific research integrity and have a natural coupling with scientific research integrity education in universities. This article analyzes the current difficulties in the construction of scientific research integrity in universities and the functions of academic journals in universities. It proposes a four in one integration path of "education embedding platform co construction technology empowerment institutional collaboration", including measures such as embedding integrity education throughout the entire process, co building educational platforms, innovating educational forms, and strengthening institutional guarantees. The aim is to build a long-term mechanism of promoting education through journals and assisting journals with education, promote the transformation of scientific research integrity from external constraints to internal consciousness, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of scientific research integrity in universities.
