| 为探讨我国科技期刊刊群数字平台建设进展，推动科技期刊数字化转型和刊群平台标准体系的构建，本文首次提出科技期刊刊群平台标准体系建设的关键指标，并设计调查问卷，从内容资源、用户服务、技术团队、安全合规、影响力及特色工具等方面，对39家集群单位的44个平台展开调研与分析。调研结果显示，国内刊群数字平台在发展年限、期刊规模、数字化程度、技术团队建设及安全防护等方面的发展分化显著，整体水平与国外头部平台相比仍有较大差距。针对这一现状，本文提出系统性建议，为我国建设一流科技期刊及打造具有国际竞争力的刊群数字平台提供参考。 |

| To explore the progress of digital platform development for scientific journal clusters in China, promote the digital transformation of scientific journals and the establishment of standardization system for journal cluster platforms, this study investigated 44 platforms from 39 clusters by the questionnaire survey method, and analyzed the data from the aspects of content resources, user services, technical teams, security compliance, influence, and featured tools. The results show that there is significant differentiation in the development of domestic journal cluster digital platforms in terms of operation years, journal scale, digitalization level, technical team construction, and security protection, and overall level still has a large gap compared with international platforms. In response to the current status, this study proposes systematic recommendations to provide valuable references for developing first-class Chinese scientific journals and building internationally competitive digital platforms for clusters. |
