| 为响应《健康中国行动——癌症防治行动实施方案（2023—2030年）》的战略要求，针对当前国内肿瘤健康科普同质陈旧与专业难懂的两极分化困境，探索以科技成果转化为核心驱动力的创新发展路径。明确科技成果赋能科普的核心价值，本研究基于肿瘤领域高质量科技成果的科普转化实践，构建以科普编辑为主导科普转化“7步工作法”，并验证其可行性和传播效应。从根源打破科普内容同质化、提升权威性并填补深度信息空白，实现学术成果到公众的精准直达。本文构建的以科技成果转化为核心的创新路径，为肿瘤健康科普提供可持续性发展的操作机制，也为其他领域科普发展提供借鉴。 |

| To respond to the strategic requirements of the Implementation Plan for Cancer Prevention and Control Actions under the Healthy China Initiative (2023–2030), this study addresses the current polarization dilemma of domestic cancer health science popularization, which is marked by homogeneous and outdated content on one side and overly professional and incomprehensible information on the other, this study explores an innovative development path with the transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the core driving force. With a view to clarifying the core value of empowering science popularization through scientific and technological achievements, this research is based on the practical experience of translating high-quality scientific and technological achievements in the field of oncology into popular science content. It explores the screening of scientific and technological achievements applicable for science popularization transformation, formulates differentiated strategies, constructs a "seven-step working method" led by science popularization editors. The feasibility and communication effects of this workflow are verified through practical cases. This path fundamentally breaks the homogenization of popular science content, enhances its authority, fills the gap in in-depth information, and enables the accurate delivery of academic achievements to the public. The innovative path centered on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements constructed in this paper provides an operational mechanism for the sustainable development of cancer health science popularization and also offers references for the development of science popularization in other fields. |
