| 摘 要:为推进中文科技期刊的国际影响力,自2020年起,中华医学会杂志社系统规划并实施了Scopus数据库的集约化申请策略。通过设立专项工作组,采取细化分工、标准化、模块化的工作模式,统一指导期刊完善英文网站建设、规范申请材料并建立专属数据传输通道,有效解决了单刊申请面临的流程不熟悉、数据不规范、效率不高等共性问题。近年实践成效表明,集约化申请数据库这一工作方式显著提升了申请效率和期刊的国际传播效果。截至2025年2月底,杂中华医学会杂志社被Scopus收录的中文科技期刊已高达81种,2022—2024年新增收录32种;期刊影响力也同步提升,SJR分区Q3区及以上期刊由2种增至12种,最高百分位数超过25%的期刊数量由8种增至22种。此外,通过建立数据实时传输管道,确保了收录期刊的完全性与实时性。本研究系统总结了中华医学会杂志社以集约化模式高效推进数据库收录的实践经验,凝练出集约化申请Scopus数据库的协同机制与实施路径,以期为中文科技期刊集约化、国际化发展提供可复制的路径参考。 |

| Abstract: To enhance the international visibility of Chinese scientific journals, CMAPH has systematically implemented a cluster-based strategy for submitting journals to the Scopus database since 2020. By establishing a specialized task force with a clear division of labor and adopting standardized, modular workflows, CMAPH provided centralized support to journals in developing English websites, preparing application materials, and establishing dedicated data transmission channels. This approach effectively addressed common challenges in individual journal applications, such as unfamiliarity with procedures, non-standardized data, and low efficiency. Implementation results demonstrate that the cluster-based model significantly improved application efficiency and enhanced the international dissemination of journals. By the end of February 2025, 81 Chinese scientific journals from CMAPH were indexed in Scopus, with 32 newly accepted between 2022 and 2024. Journal impact also increased substantially: the number of journals ranked in SJR Q3 or higher rose from 2 to 12, and those with a?percentile greater than 25 increased from 8 to 22. Furthermore, a real-time data transmission pipeline ensured the completeness and timeliness of records for indexed journals. This study systematically summarizes CMAPH's practical experience in efficiently facilitating database inclusion through a cluster-based approach, refines the collaborative mechanism and implementation pathways for cluster-based applications to the Scopus database, provides a replicable model for the centralized and international development of Chinese scientific journals. |
