| 在培育世界一流科技期刊与推动医疗高质量发展的时代背景下,明确中文综合性医学期刊的功能定位与发展路径具有重要意义。本研究从医学期刊合作方视角出发,采用以访谈为主的定性研究方法,系统探讨中文综合性医学期刊的定位与功能,进而提出可行发展策略。研究发现,在现行医疗卫生人才评价体系与学术交流需求背景下,受访者普遍认为,与英文和中文专科医学期刊相比,中文综合性医学期刊应立足于服务国内多学科医学交流、引领临床诊疗规范、促进创新技术转化与应用、助力青年医学人才成长等核心功能；同时,围绕国情需要与临床实践,组织跨学科交叉的专题/专栏,是推动该类期刊发展的有效策略。实践表明,通过优化工作机制、应用新兴技术、整合优势资源、积极参与基层医疗建设和青年医学人才培养,可为该类期刊优化功能、定位助力。 |

| Against the backdrop of cultivating world-class scientific journals and advancing the high-quality development of healthcare, clarifying the functional positioning and development pathways of Chinese comprehensive medical journals is of significant importance. From the perspective of medical journal partners, this study adopts an interview-based qualitative research methodology to systematically examine the positioning and functional roles of such journals, followed by proposing actionable development strategies. The findings indicate that, within the current evaluation system for healthcare professionals and the demand for academic exchange, respondents generally believe that, compared to English-language medical journals and Chinese specialized medical journals, Chinese comprehensive medical journals should focus on core functions such as facilitating domestic multidisciplinary medical exchange, leading clinical practice guidelines, promoting the transformation and application of innovative technologies, and supporting the growth of young medical talents. Furthermore, organizing interdisciplinary topics or special sections tailored to national needs and clinical practice is identified as an effective strategy for advancing such journals. Practical experience suggests that optimizing operational mechanisms, adopting emerging technologies, leveraging internal strengths, actively engaging in grassroots healthcare development, and fostering the cultivation of young medical professionals can contribute to enhancing the functional roles and positioning of these journals. |
