| The quality of sci-tech periodicals is mainly depended on the quality of papers published in sci-tech periodicals. The publication of manuscripts recommended by editorial board members is an important measure to guarantee the academic quality of the sci-tech periodicals, and it is worth to be implemented. The author of this paper discusses the concept of the recommendation system and proposes some concrete suggestions. |
