| 近年来高校学术期刊在办刊的过程中教育功能出现了弱化现象,主要表现为:急于“拔高”,忽视对作者的培养；编辑任务繁重,无心培育作者；编辑道德失范,教育功能缺失。提出了加强教育功能的对策。 |

| In recent years, there has been a growing concern about the weakening of educational functions of university academic journals. It mainly shown in following aspects:1) Too egger to improve the academic quality while neglecting the learning process of authors; 2) Editors' indifference to authors' cultivation due to their overload work; 3) Editors'declining moral standards. Therefore, in this paper, we try to put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the education functions of university academic journals. |
