| Internet should be employed to look for the appropriate reviewers whose research interests satisfy the conditions of the manuscripts, then the selected reviewers are filtered in terms of contents of the manuscripts, the circumvent principle, the attitude and the time limit based on the database technology. Finally, the most competent reviewers can be found. Likewise, contacts of the reviewers are obtained and confirmed more quickly by Internet for greater efficiency. |
