      以2家期刊为例,介绍国外医学期刊在服务读者、服务作者、服务患者和公众等方面的经营理念及具体措施,认为国内医学期刊办刊人应强化服务意识,制订多元化的切实可行的服务措施,真正发挥医学期刊促进医学科学传播与普及的作用。
英文摘要:
      Service philosophy plays a key role in the management of medical periodicals. Based on my learning experience in the editorial offices of two American medical periodicals, the service philosophy and related strategies in these organizations are introduced. In my view, service concept should be permeated in the operation of medical journals in China. Multiply feasible service measures need to be carried out to promote the role of medical journals, which means popularization and spreading of science, as the foreign ones do.
