| 针对《期刊管理办法》等文件中并未提及协办单位这一问题,在对煤炭和矿业行业的科技期刊发展现状进行调研和分析的基础上,给出了科技期刊协办单位的定义,总结了其组成和表现形式,归纳了其权利和义务,并探讨了科技期刊设置协办单位的利弊、科技期刊与协办单位的关系以及可能遇到的问题,以期对行业科技期刊设置协办单位提供借鉴,并为有关政策的制定机构提供参考。 |

| Given that the concept "co-sponsor" has not been emphasized in the newly issued "Regulations for Administration of Periodicals", we investigated the development status of sci-tech periodicals of coal and mine industry in respect of co-sponsors. We defined the concept of a co-sponsor of a sci-tech periodical, summarized its composition and manifestation, clarified its rights and obligations, and discussed the pros and cons for these periodicals to develop co-sponsors, the relationships between sci-tech periodicals and their co-sponsors and problems they might face. This paper will provide some reference for sci-tech periodicals of coal and mine industry to develop co-sponsors. |
