| In order to improve military sci-tech journal editors' competence in their work, we analyze the problems which is likely to appear during examining political standpoint and security of manuscripts combining the characteristics of military sci-tech journals, and propose some measures. Then, we discuss how to cultivate potential contributors, amplify sources of manuscripts and improve impacts of military sci-tech journals. |
