| Sci-tech journals should make full use of their industry advantages to strengthen the construction of journals council and the service functions. Journals council, as a platform of sci-tech journals, should strive to improve quality and management of the journals. The relevant administrative departments are required to perfect related laws and enhance the supervision and management of sci-tech journals council. |
