| 《中国天然药物》创刊8年、全英文出版2年即被SCI收录,成为我国第2家被SCI收录的药学期刊。本文在回顾该刊发展历程的基础上,总结提炼该刊被SCI收录的核心要素,主要包括创刊定位明确,特色鲜明,组建具有国际影响力的编委会和高效务实的编辑部,具有国际化视野,与Elsevier合作出版国际网络版,采用ScholarOne稿件处理系统,以及注重利用高校平台进行国际化宣传。 |

| Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines has been indexed by SCI only eight years from its initial issue and two years since the publication of its English edition, becoming the second pharmaceutical journal covered by SCI in China. On the basis of tracing its history of development, this paper brings forward several key elements in promoting a local journal to be indexed by SCI, including appropriate, competent and featured target, an editorial board with high international impact and effective editorial department, the cooperation with Elsevier for publishing the international network edition, the use of ScholarOne manuscript system, and a strong international communication platform of the university to expand its international influence. |
