| This paper introduces the concept and connotation of mental mode, analyzes the status of mental mode of university journal editors and the causes, and demonstrates the significance of optimizing mental mode. Based on this, optimization pathways for editors of university journals are proposed from three aspects including policymaking, development of editorial office and personal improvement. |
