| 翻译类医学期刊普遍存在内容的质量高而经营困难的尴尬局面。《英国医学杂志》(中文版)近几年秉承“以质量求生存,以学术带经营”的办刊理念,通过重视正刊质量、延伸专刊经营、扩大发行渠道等途径,扭转亏损,实现盈利,走出一条特色之路。它的实践为以后工作提出一些切实可行的举措,如搭建学术平台、扩展合作范围、强化品牌建设、开发广告来源、强化网站经营等。 |

| Translated medical periodicals are common in an embarrassing situation of high-quality content but discouraging management. In recent years, adhering to the idea of "quality-oriented survival, and academy-oriented operation", British Medical Journal (Chinese Edition) has ceased losses and realized profit through attaching importance to quality of original issues, developing business of special issues, and expanding distribution channels. In this paper, we also propose some practical measures for the future work, such as building academic platforms, expanding the scope of cooperation, strengthening brand construction, developing advertising sources, reinforcing the website, etc. |
