| 编辑这一职业近年来越来越多地受到社会关注,但以往的研究文章并未就编辑职业健康问题作过多分析,即使有也多限于编辑的心理素质与心理健康。事实上,编辑职业由于其自身的特殊性,引发了很多健康问题。我们试从心理健康和身体健康2个方面综合分析编辑职业健康问题的表现与成因,并结合中华医学会杂志社关注编辑健康的实践,寻找解决编辑职业健康问题的对策。 |

| Editing career in recent years draws more and more social concern, but the previous articles focusing occupational health problems have not been analyzed the problems too much, if any, they were mostly limited within the scope of psychological quality and mental health of editors. In fact, editing career, due to its own special characteristics, has led to many health problems. We tries to, from the aspects of mental health and physical health of editors, synthetically analyze the performance and causes of the editing occupational health problems. Further more, combined with the practice of concerning the editors' health conducted by Chinese Medical Association publishing house, the paper attempts to find a solution to the editing occupational health problems. |
