| 清样作者校对是科技学术期刊出版至关重要的一环。从5个方面阐述作者在清样校对时容易忽略的问题,并阐明责任编辑在清样校对前后的工作要点,包括清样校对前的准备工作、清样校对时间的选择、慎重修改作者校对后的稿件、作者校样的审核及归档。在此基础上,分析作者与责任编辑在清样校对环节的互动交流关系,并提出编辑部在作者校对须知单内容设置上应注意的事项。 |

| Author-proofreading is one of the most important links of academic journal publishing. 5 problems easily neglected in author-proofreading were discussed in this paper, and then work outlines pre and post author-proofreading of responsible editor were introduced, including preparation work, modification of author-proofreading with caution, auditing and filing of author-proofreading. On the base, interaction between author and responsible editor in author-proofreading link was established, and then main points for attention in proofreading notice setting were put forward. |
