根据高校学报编辑部的工作特点,建立了学术不端行为教育与预警平台。该平台有自主学习、自我测评、自助检测、签订责任、初审核查、编辑预警、诚信记录等内容及过程。阐述基于该平台的论文投稿和编辑工作模式,突出了作者学术不端行为的自我预防与矫正,以及编辑在作者论文写作、投稿过程中的辅助教育和对学术不端行为的预警作用。 |

Based on the daily editing job in a university journal, the author proposes a prevention system against academic misconduct. This system includes autonomous learning, self-assessing, self-monitoring, signing responsibility, initial check, editing warning, honesty record. This paper discusses the submission and edition work based on this system, highlighting the self-prevention and correction of academic misconduct by the part of the author. This paper also deals with the assistance by the system when it comes to the paper writing and submission, and the alert to academic misconduct. |
