| Peer review is the crucial link to safeguard the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals. Aiming at the influencing factors and the problems in peer review, this paper puts forward the concept of structured peer-reviewing, and expounds its rationality and advantages in ensuring the quality of peer review, for a purpose of helping standardizing peer review and raising reviewing quality. |
