| Through the research of digital publishing status and competency model, a set of competency model for sci-tech journal digital publishing staff is proposed. The capacity and methods that the digital publishing staff must have to enhance the quality are summarized from four aspects:management quality, editing quality, professional quality and information accomplishment. |
