| 以计算机和网络技术为核心的数字信息化技术使当今世界发生了巨大变化,它也正在使传统的科技学术期刊出版发生着“革命性”的改变,这无疑对编辑素质提出了更高的要求。从思想素质、业务素质、拓展素质3个方面9个不同侧面论述基于现代条件下的科技学术期刊编辑素质的功能、内涵及意义所在；阐明科技学术期刊编辑需要更新理念,与时俱进,全面提升自身素质,做现代复合型编辑的必要性。 |

| Information technology not only changes the world, but also results in an evolution in sci-tech academic journal publication. This leads to a higher requirement on the quality of editors. Given the status quo of sci-tech academic journals, this paper discusses the functions, connotation and significance of editors' quality from three aspects, i.e., ideological quality, professional quality, and initiative quality, which are further explained in nine different respects. It is imperative to be a current interdisciplinary editor by idea renewal, advancing with the times and self-improvement. We hope that it is helpful to pave ways for the promotion of editors' quality of sci-tech academic journals in the era of digital information. |
